A digital agency in Dubai that builds for the way the UAE actually does business.

RoseLeap works with businesses across Dubai and the UAE, web design, development, SEO, branding, AI and compliance, with bilingual capability, VAT-aware commerce, and the kind of senior team most regional buyers can't source locally at this price point.

Why RoseLeap

A serious studio at Dubai-friendly economics.

01

A senior studio, not a body shop

Dubai has no shortage of agencies. We are a small senior team that takes ownership of outcomes, strategy, design, engineering and growth, under one roof. No layers, no junior-led rebuilds.

02

Built for the UAE buyer

Free-zone startups, family businesses, regional SMEs, GCC-expanding scaleups, we understand the buyer rhythm in the UAE. Bilingual content where it matters; mobile-first by default.

03

Compliance built-in

GDPR (for your European visitors), PCI DSS (for any card payments), WCAG accessibility (for tender work), designed in from day one, not bolted on after a procurement question.

04

Performance that wins regional buyers

Sub-second load times across the Gulf region. Hosted on edge networks (Cloudflare, Vercel) with Middle East presence. Core Web Vitals green by default.

Who we work with

From free-zone startups to regional family businesses.

Free-zone and mainland SMEs

A serious online presence that converts, not a template a relative built in 2019. Trade licence-aware content, VAT-ready commerce, multilingual where it counts.

Regional scaleups and SaaS

Marketing sites, dashboards and full web apps for GCC-expanding startups. Built on modern stack you would hire for in San Francisco, at Dubai economics.

Healthcare and life-sciences

Clinics, telemedicine platforms, pharma distributors. HIPAA-aware where US patients are involved; UAE-MOH-ready for the local market.

Family businesses going global

Multi-region presence for established UAE family businesses expanding to Saudi Arabia, India, the US and Europe. One site, many markets, one consistent brand.

FAQ

Hiring a digital agency in Dubai, common questions.

Are you based in Dubai?

+

We are based in Chandigarh, India and serve Dubai and UAE clients remotely, with periodic in-person visits for kick-offs and key milestones. Most design and engineering happens remotely regardless of city, you get a senior studio without the cost of a Dubai office baked into the invoice. Time-zone overlap with the UAE is excellent (1.5 hours), so live collaboration is easy.

How much does a website cost in Dubai?

+

For a serious UAE business website, expect AED 18,000–60,000 ($5,000–$16,000 USD) for a custom marketing site. Larger e-commerce or web-app builds run AED 50,000–250,000 ($14,000–$70,000 USD) depending on scope. Most Dubai agencies charge significantly more for the same scope by leveraging local office overhead. We invoice in AED, USD or INR, whichever is operationally easier.

Do you handle GDPR, PCI DSS and other compliance for UAE businesses?

+

Yes. We run a dedicated compliance practice covering DPDP, GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, WCAG accessibility, CERT-In, and PCI DSS. For UAE businesses, GDPR (for European visitors), PCI DSS (for card payments) and WCAG (for tender and government work) are the most common engagements. See /compliance for the full framework.

Can you build bilingual (English + Arabic) sites?

+

Yes. Right-to-left layout, Arabic typography, bilingual content systems and bilingual SEO are standard parts of our UAE engagements. We work with native Arabic copywriters and reviewers for content; the engineering side (RTL CSS, locale-aware components, translated structured data) we handle in-house.

What about VAT and UAE-specific commerce requirements?

+

For UAE e-commerce, we build VAT-compliant invoicing (5% standard rate), Federal Tax Authority-aligned receipts, and customer-facing pricing that handles VAT-inclusive vs VAT-exclusive display. Payment integration uses local providers (Telr, PayTabs, Network International) alongside global ones (Stripe, PayPal) where relevant.

Do you support businesses in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, RAK or other Emirates?

+

Yes. Our work covers all seven Emirates and mainland/free-zone businesses equally. Most engagements run remotely with periodic visits to Dubai (DIFC, DMCC, Business Bay) for kick-offs. We have worked with clients in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and RAK alongside Dubai.

How quickly can you start?

+

For most engagements, kick-off within one to three weeks of signing. Urgent projects, a stuck launch, an incident, a deal-dependent fix, we can usually start within a few days.
